REMINDER: 5 Year Material Guarantee

Following careful consideration of all the warranty feedback we received from distributors, we have changed the Flexiteek Material Guarantee to 5-YEARS effective immediately (January 2023). Download your updated version from the resources section. You can also find an updated 5-year ‘fillable’ guarantee card.

Please note that the new version is dated from January 2021. It means all 10-year material guarantees issued between January 2021 and January 2023 will be honoured and there are no changes to any issued 10-year material guarantees.

All material guarantees issued from January 2023 will be for 5-years.

If you missed the changeover and have issued 10-year material guarantees since January 2023 please contact Steve Moore Marketing Manager so we are aware of them.
