WILKS BUSINESS NAME CHANGE
We’ve announced that Wilks Rubber Plastics Mfg. Co. Ltd. has changed its name to Flexiteek International Ltd with immediate effect.
This change brings the business name in line with other parts of Flexiteek Group.
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
The Wilks Brand
The Wilks brand will remain the name of the fendering products and Wilks will continue to have its own website for fendering products at https://www.wilks.co.uk.
Wilks Emails
Flexiteek International Ltd will continue to use Wilks email address for the foreseeable future. So Flexiteek teams based in the UK, like the marketing, sales, accounts and manufacturing operations will continue to send email using their Wilks.co.uk email addresses.
Flexiteek Documents
Some Flexiteek documents managed form the UK within the Wilks company have changed to reflect the name change. There are:
- The 5-Year Material Guarantee Terms
- The 5-Year Material Guarantee Registration
- Wilks website terms and conditions, cookie policy, privacy policy and returns policy
Wilks Bank Details
The Wilks bank account has changed with immediate effect. You will receive details about this change directly from Scott Berry in due course.
