3.1 Site visitation tracking

Like most websites, this website use Google Analytics (GA) to track user interaction. We use this data to determine the number of people using our website, to better understand how they find and use our web pages and to see how they journey through the websites’ pages.

Although GA records data such as your geographical location, device type, internet browser and operating system, none of this information personally identifies you to us. GA also records your computer’s IP address which could be used to personally identify you but Google do not grant us access to this information. GA makes use of cookies, details of which can be found on Google’s developer guides. FYI our websites use the analytics.js implementation of GA.

3.2 Email links

Should you choose to contact us using email links like this one, none of the data that you include will be stored by this website or passed to / be processed by any of the third party data processors defined in section 6.0. Instead it will be sent to us using mail servers provided by either your own email provider or your internet service provider.

Should you use this website to place an order for goods, details of the order including personally identifiable information such as your name, delivery address, telephone numbers and email address, will be stored within this website’s internal database. All email from this website is sent via SMTP mail servers provided by Sendgrid. Sendgrid aim to make the sending of email as secure as it can be and we follow all of their best practice recommendations to secure the emails that we send from our websites through their systems.

We consider Sendgrid to be a third-party data processor.
